complaint regarding wifi service at mumbai airport. i could not connect wifi directly at airport, for this i have to submit voucher code, to get voucher code there are few very less machines available at airport/after security check my gate was 52 and i could not find machine for voucher ticket and luckily i there was a machine beside gate 51 luckily. otherwise i can connect adani airport free wifi but for that i have to download adani one app and i couldnt download the app without internet connection so again i coudnot connect wifi that way…. till now i have travelled few other airports or other countries too but there i can connect wifi by entering my email and thats all

The system would just not send the otp when connecting to wifi. I waited for 15-20 minutes but the otp did not show up on ny united states phone number. I had to suffer so much because of this.
