Denial Of Service By Airport Staff for a Handicapped Person

My Name is Yogesh Kumar Dubey. I am a visually Impaired person with 100% Blindness. I was traveling from Mumbai to Lucknow on 4/09/2023 with Air Asia flight. My PNR is MY3FNH. I have a 2 year old child. I requested for stroller for my child at the reception counter of Mumbai Airport Terminal 2 domestic departure at 4/9/2023, 18.25 PM . The staff at the counter denied to give me Stroller service.
This is totally Unacceptable. As a Visually Impaired Person it is difficult for me to carry my child in my arms.
Please Take appropriate action and inform me for the same.
