We had booked flight to Jammu with indigo airlines on 07 April 2023 at 7.20am.We reached airport a bit at 6.10am. They didn’t help us with baggage loading. Inspite of our request they didn’t entertain us. We carried all our baggage through security check up and reached to gate no 6 , from where our flight was gonna take off. But they didn’t wait for us though we reached there at 6.55am. they told us door was closed. We were 9 adults, 1 child and 1 infant supposed to travel to Jammu. Despite of you big number and hurried approach to catch flight we didnt get any help from airlines. Me and my brother came back to request indigo airline to reschedule to next flight but they didn’t help us. We all came back to indigo desc and asked for help to book next flight. Inspite of standing there for 1hour they didn’t help us to book flight and told us all flights are sold out. Seating there in lobby we booked next flight to Jammu at 11.45am for 4adults, 1child and 1infant as very hight rate. We took 2nd flight to Jammu from indigo airlines at 12.45pm of same date for 5adults against at hight rates. We experienced insensitive, rude staff at all levels. We suffered a lot because to this airlines. And we need full compensation for us . Our old booking PNR is G1M8UB and CL55WI. Our new booking was done with PNR MSFVUT
