My parents namely Selvaraj V & Prabhavathy SM travelled on flight AI 609 (mumbai to coimbatore) on 8/09/2023, after getting the boarding card during the security check at chhatrapati international airport terminal 2 the staff didn’t return the ticket, aadhaar card and electrical license of my parents and the lock of our luggage was broken. Kindly investigate in this matter and have the documents at the earliest. In case if you’re unable to get the documents, necessary information can be sent to duty manager of coimbatore so that they can return to mumbai without any problem. Thanks!
