We requested wheelchair service from COK to LHR via BOM. There was no wheelchair ready when leaving the plane at Mumbai and my mother was told to walk upstairs to get a wheelchair. 2 people were responsible for 4 wheelchairs. Then we were left at a waiting area with 20 mins left until boarding. I had to tell them this so they weren’t leaving us there too long. After I said this they decided to start taking us through security. We were taken to through immigration and then taken to gate 75. The man taking my mother’s wheelchair decided to tell her to get out the wheelchair and walk the rest of the way. His name is Nitesh and his photo is attached. I went to find out what happened and the other wheelchair users were taken through to boarding. Only when I went to find out where the rest of our tour group were we are then allowed to go through to boarding without a wheelchair. Nitesh also took a photo of our boarding passes at immigration. This can all be verified with your cameras on 18th March 2026 from 12pm to 2pm.
