Mumbai T2
Off late, travelling from and to Mumbai is an ordeal particularly if it’s T2. There is no separate entry for domestic travellers – neither at entrance nor at security, meaning that you stand in queue for hours and invariably tend to run to the boarding gate. Does it mean that domestic travellers have to to report 3 hours before departure – like international travel ? Why do people choose to fly for domestic travel instead of other modes of transport? It is to save time and there is no other reason. If domestic travel has to be planned 3 to 4 hrs in advance, it is most definitely a hassle than a convenience. It would be most helpful if there is segregation of queues for domestic and international travel.
Indigo – since I travel through Indigo mostly, I always find it a hassle when I have to store my cabin baggage. There is no such system to having a space above your seat. The passengers should be alloted one space each above their seats so that they need look for a space elsewhere.
