On 17 sept 2023 in flight SQ906 and SQ422 my baggage was damaged by the airlines and they are refusing to replaced my damaged bag ,they are just giving me a compensation of rs3500 and i am requesting them to replace by bag since i would have to pay extra 5000 rs to replace this item.
But they have denied my request 3 times, so i am seeking help from other authorities , thank you.
my baggage was damaged by singapore airlines and they are not replacing my damaged bag , they are just giving me a compensation of 3500 rs , they are telling me to pay out of pocket to replace my bag
- Missed my flight because of the airport cloak room didn’t give my luggage on time
- Lost a waist bag during security checkin
