We are frequently traveling to many Countries and Mumbai is the only airport where we feel bad while coming and going back. This time we have seen huge improvements in customs department which was always a headache earlier. However the attitude of emigration team needs huge improvements on the way they talk and behave with passengers. They treat labour class people like slaves and they way the behave with them is actually painful. This happened even today on front of us and hence this complaint. I heard the attitude issue of emigration team from everyone travelling though this airport. Please do a behavioural training to all the staffs to make us feel that we are belongs to a great Country.
