At T2 there is atleast a paid wheelchair service. T1 is absolutely choactic. And for Airlines line Alliance Air it is more difficult. Today my parents are travelling , my mother is old and cannot walk. I have to absolutely run every where to get a wheelchair and it was curtesy some attendant who helped me. Should the elders not deserve any good service at least at the Airport? Should there not be a proper help desks before entering the gates which can properly guide and assists the seniors especially who are travelling alone.

None of the phones outside T2 terminal departures for wheel chair assistance are of any use nobody answers the call. There is no assistance desk for Disabled wheelchair bound passengers at any of the gates. Please explain once a wheel chair patient arrives at departures in a taxi how is she supposed to get a trolley n ask for a wheel chair if she is unable to walk.
