No staff at the counter on 02.08.24 at 6.00 am.Later after complaining staff came to immigration counter.

We had to travel to Sri Lanka on 02.08.24. When we arrived at the immigration counter only the last two counters at the far end were open. There was a long queue.There was one counter manned in between so we approached them. But this gentleman whose name we do not know directed us to the far end. After completing immigration while we were passing by we again came across this arrogant officer who was whiling his time with a couple of other officers.We asked him why he did not accommodate us and that we would complain to his higher ups. He said “do whatever you want,I am not afraid.”
