We are at T1 terminal Mumbai airport, following points been noticed,
1.No seating benchs available for all passengers
2.No boarding on right time
3.No any information show cased on display about flight status and all
4.big crowd and passengers are seating on steps
5.flight got delayed but no any prior information displayed and none of staff at counter available
No sufficient bench to seat, infact no seating arrangement
