It is observed that trolley are not kept at arrival gate for cabin baggage. It would be difficult to handle if you have elderly or kids traveling with you. When ask to present airport employee he is so causal said “ almost 12000 passages coming we can’t provide to all”. Also golf car also were not present at site. People has to walk almost kilometer with their luggage.
