On the 8th of january, I had my flight from Mumbai to Vadodara for which my boarding time was 4;40am. I reached the the baggage line at 4 am and there was a big line up with very less number of staff working that I think was the factor resulting in a big line up. By the time I reached the baggage counter (i.e. 4:37 am), the guy told me I can not board my flight because I was late and the plane is already on the runway. I was denied my flight because of this stupid reason and they told me I can not even claim refund after this injustice. I also saw that the same thing happened to atleast 9 more people including 3 foreign nationals and that makes our Indian values of Atithi devo bhava look very small. My flight details are as follows: E-ticket number-L4VUHE/
