Dear sir
I took a flight from Lusaka to India on 28/06/2024. I found one of my luggage in it today on 2/07/2024. My bag is torn in 4 places and my luggage is also damaged inside. Your staff has troubled me a lot. They have not given me a proper answer. Today when I told them that I want an answer, they told me that if you want to complain, then do it. It will take you 4 to 5 days. I have already received my luggage after 6 days and they are asking me to wait for 4 days. My bag and perfume are damaged. Please make them perfect. Please answer or none of your staff is answering properly, please give me the answer. Please Solve My problem
