As a Traveller I’d my worst experience of travelling from Mumbai airport yesterday. It was so crowded that even after completing online web check in I was asked to wait in line for almost 90minutes. Only 2 counters for baggage drop off isn’t enough for a plane like Boeing 777-300. Inspite of entering the airport 3.5 hours prior to flight, I managed to reach only 15 mins before the scheduled take off time. This complaint is in reference to 31.01.2023 for flight EY203 from Bom to Abu Dhabi. Departing at 8:45pm local time.
My suggestion is to issue boarding pass beforehand and stop controlling the Passport so much at every counter. Even the immigration authorities were too slow and there were lack of counters to operate the load of the departing flights
