I arrived early morning into Mumbai International Airport on 29 Sept’24. After collecting my bags I made my way to P5 for my car to collect me.
Why is there a 160/ minimum charge when the car has just come through, fetched me, and exited. The car was not parked. I understand that there is no pick up point outside.
As Of course this has been going on for the longest. Elsewhere in the world, there are pick up areas for passengers (of course within a short period of time, where passengers can be collected, without having to park the car, and no charges levied.
So why this unreasonable charge just for a pick-up when there is no parking ?.

- Complacent staff at Mumbai International airport
- Security check person insisting on printed boarding pass when I have a digiyatra boarding pass on my phone! And the phone is in the tray for screening!
