I have 18 hours of layover and i have no access to food, water and a chair to sit. Security staff is not allowing me to go downstarirs to access the lounge
Passengers are treated like dogs
- Delaying the flight several times on short notice
- Check-in bags lost at the airport for wheelchair bound passenger
