The rate to buy USD is 94.90. Almost 11 rs higher than the market. And they have a service charge on top of it (which is completely legal). How are you allowing this? Is this even legal? I know airport rates are higher. But in no country I have seen the rates this high? Please take some action. You cannot be looting your passengers!!!
