This is for International Airport Management, I just traveled to Dubai with family, international airport is horrible seems like a local bus stand, lounge they have audacity to say that pine land stopped access to Visa Signature/Platinum cards, someone need to make them understand pine labs is just a payment aggregater they don’t decide who is allowed and who is not it’s either the issuing bank or rupay, master and Visa, surprisingly they denied Rupay at all. Now I had Prioroty Pass so I and my family were allowed to access the lounge where we only find nothing dirty, food was flowing everywhere no staff hardly any food though and ambience worst than a chawl in Mumbai. Now let’s see the experience while returning back to India, all off a sudden imigratio officer stands up and declares that every please go to other side I am not accepting any further request, now if his duty was to change from queue why did he called 5 more people to stand in front of the counter, everyone who waited for their turn for good 30 minutes now have to go back and wait again in next counter, luggage the staff broke two of our newly bought strollers seems they were just playing volley ball with the luggage wheel of stroller was missing body was broken….and now the best part with so many international passenger multiple flights just one custom frisking queue on the airport…. Wow what a welcome to returning Indians and Atithi visiting India. Horrible learn some good practices from Bangalore and Delhi. Mumbai International Airpport Management Shame Shame you are turning down India. Financial Capital of India and that’s how you behave.
