Arrived on LH 756 on 17th morning. Stood in line for immigration control with foreign passports / business class for almost two hours. Initially only one person staffed, later a second person was added , still this was a very slow process. Per passenger it takes a lot more time for foreign passports so staffing needs to be geared to handle this. Always a frustrating experience for visitors to flying through Mumbai. It’s the first welcome to many and their entry to India starts on this sour note.
