We (me and my pregnant wife), entered from Gate 1 (only for Business & First class passengers).
We were flying from BOM-AUH with Business Class Flight EY207; 20th Jan’24 PNR: PJPDEL.
When we stepped into the Business counter we were asked “from where did you come? The economy counter is from that side, without checking our tickets!!”
This was a very racist and unprofessional experience we faced from the Business class counters every.
I am not sure if she was a staff from Etihad or some Third party, but I would like to raise a complaint against her for her misbehaving judging the guest, and passing the racist comment. I don’t know her name, but can’t forget her face,
You guys can trace her with our boarding pass issued and time.
