Racist Ground staff at airport

My mum who came from London to Mumbai on 16/05/2023 @ 10.30 am by Air India AI 130. She was booked for wheelchair seat and when she came out of plane and reached at buggy, driver respectively took her luggage but another in charge individual refused and ask her to sit aside on chair. He allowed other passengers who came after her as they all were not having hijab and burkha. Why your staff are so Racist? I request you to see whole video footage of same and take necessary steps. She was crying when left stranded and afterwards they realised and bring wheelchair at the end. We want to take legal action against this discrimination so respond asap.
