I am writing regarding my upcoming flight from Mumbai to Oras, booked for January 23, 2024, under the booking reference VP7E66 from Alliance Air.
Upon receiving my ticket (attached for your reference), I noticed a discrepancy in the flight timing. The ticket states the departure time for Alliance Air 9I-661 as 11:40 AM. However, upon recent checks, I found the updated timing displayed as 14:40. Can you confirm if there has been a change in the flight schedule?
Additionally, despite this apparent change, I have not received any communication or notification regarding the updated flight time from airline. I’m seeking clarification on the handling of this schedule adjustment.
Due to my prior scheduling based on the earlier timing, I’ve also booked a return train ticket for the same day. Regrettably, I will need to cancel and rearrange this journey due to the timing discrepancy. I’d appreciate guidance on any compensation or assistance available to mitigate the costs incurred as a result of these changes.
I kindly request your prompt attention and clarification on these matters to facilitate necessary adjustments to my travel plans.
