thoroughly investigate this matter and take appropriate measures to address the issues I have raised. It is crucial that Air India provides adequate training to its staff to handle such situations effectively, ensuring a more efficient and passenger-friendly check-in process.
Furthermore, I would appreciate a refund of the amount I lost due to the mismanagement and inconvenience caused during this particular flight. I believe it is only fair that passengers are compensated for the financial loss and the inconvenience endured as a result of the airline’s shortcomings.
I trust that you will give this matter the attention it deserves and take the necessary steps to rectify the issues faced by passengers. I look forward to receiving a prompt response and a satisfactory resolution to this matter.

- I paid Rs.40 money for the Fanta in the vending machine named “Vendiman” near arrival section between pillars A and B. The Fanta or money didn’t return from vending machine.
