Actually I want to file complaint again Mr. Desouza regarding his behavior while attending customers. we have used valet parking option from T2 terminal and at a time picking up our car we saw that door lock was broken. we asked Mr. Desai to repair that part and give us charges of damaged part. so, they helped us in repairing and gave 500 rs. charges. All thing went well but out of scenario your new joined employee Mr. Desouza came up with bad behaviors and when we asked them to return our 300 rs changes since we are not satisfied with parking services then he arrogantly saying “Come in morning”. we are not expecting such a bad behavior at Mumbai International Airport T2. we asked him share his full name and id proofs so he was denying. we felt very bad because we were having 70+ year old grand mother with us. We have asked Mr. Desai to share ID proofs of Mr. Desouza but they said he was newly joined at Aviserv. Mr. Desouza was very rude while talking with us.
