Hello,
On March 17th, we embarked on Turkish Airlines flight TK721 from Mumbai to Seattle via Istanbul, departing at 6:50 AM. During our journey, we carried a distinctive green and white backpack containing valuable jewelry, specifically a bangle and a ring. Regrettably, upon arriving home, we discovered the jewelry was missing from the bag.
We meticulously searched our premises to ensure the jewelry hadn’t been misplaced within our home. Our investigation leads us to suspect that the jewelry went missing sometime after passing through security, as this was the only instance during our travels that the bag was not under our direct supervision.
We request a thorough investigation to determine if the jewelry was indeed lost during the security screening process. Our passage through security occurred between 1:40 AM and 3:00 AM.
Furthermore, we are reaching out to the Istanbul airport authorities, as this marks the second occasion where our bag was temporarily out of our possession during our journey.
