Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to inform you of an issue concerning the immigration stamp on my passport when I returned to India.
My name is Vijaykumar Mahesh Chellani, and my passport number is T5343154. I recently took a vacation with my family in Singapore from May 31st, 2024. When we departed from India, the immigration officer properly stamped my
passport to record my exit. However, upon our return to Mumbai from Singapore, the immigration officer at the counter unintentionally forgot to stamp my passport. i came to know about this this afternoon when I got a call from Indigo customer service.
As we were traveling together, my wife, daughter, and I approached the same counter for immigration. Each of us had our passports with us, and we were requested to look at the camera one by one while at the counter. We all
followed the instructions, but unfortunately, my passport did not receive the arrival stamp like the others did. This oversight resulted in the absence of an arrival stamp on my passport.
I kindly request your assistance in rectifying this matter. I would appreciate your guidance on the necessary steps to resolve this issue and ensure that my passport records accurately reflect my travel history.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I eagerly await your prompt response.
Enclosed, you will find a copy of my passport stamp, as well as the ticket details for my journey from Singapore to Mumbai and Mumbai to Vadodara.
