How even airport authorities still allowing this food kiosk at airport..!

Pathetic experience. I went there to buy some food but cafe’s female representative was busy on some video call with someone. I asked twice but she didn’t give attention. Then she replied very rudely..!
You guys need to learn first how to treat customers..! Pathetic service.
