A cab booking done at Terminal 1 at 23.39 hrs for an ertiga with shree sai turned into such a nightmare. On 3 Jan 2025. Booking ref – 355290
We reached the parking opposite departure gate 2 around 23.45 hrs and were met by an attendant who informed the car will be available in 10 mins.
I was traveling with my unwell 82yr old mother and 9 yr old daughter. After 45 minutes of patiently waiting, I called the numbers mentioned on the receipt. Spoke with Mr.Shubham singh who expedited the process and we get an ertiga by 00.30 hrs.
1 hour of politely requesting n waiting coz I couldn’t just leave my mom or my daughter in the mosquito infested parking lot to go book another vehicle.
Just as the cab arrived one heavyset man(Supervisor PATIL) comes talking in a very loud and rude intimidating manner and starts abusing me and my mother. Apparently someone told him I used abusive words, which was not the case. He went after my old and unwell mother when she tried to tell him to talk properly. Yelling n being abusive at us.
He is your manager (self proclaimed)Patil at T 2 and he told me very rudely he doesn’t need customers like me in his 10 lac car. He seemed to be drunk.
I want to know a few things from shree sai mgmt-
If you don’t have a vehicle ready, then why book it n lie to your customer?
what kind of abusive, threatening, and ill- mannered staff do you hire?
What action are you taking for this unsavory n traumatic incident tonight. Even the airport security came to the scene.
My 9 yr old daughter was so scared she clung onto me all the way back home crying. My mother is stressed coz she was scared that such a man could attack me? So was I.
Yeh apki service hn? Yeh apki safety hain for your customers? 11.30pm -12.30am gaali khane ke liye wait Kiya aur apko paise diye? It felt he resorted to using profanity and yelling and being abusive to deviate from the fact that he was missing from him work and did not do his job as expected.
I am attaching the booking receipt, photo of your manager mr.patil and the car we finally got, no driver details were shared.
What is the resolution you have for this horrible, fearful and traumatic incident we experienced simply coz we booked with shree sai cab service?
