While check-in at mumbai airport. Air india express staff behave very rudely and asking for excess amount for 7kg cabin bag and put my cabin bag with check-in bag and taken extra price as Rs 5400 .Keeping customers standing for more than 1.5 hours and mentally torture by saying take your bag or pay for 1 bagage not for only excess weight. Mostly in airport laptop bags are allowed in hand bagage. So I kept cabin bagage separately. But thay have not allowed and charge me extra by adding it in checkin bagage. Very bad behavior of staffs. Not suppotive at all.Flights also delayed 1 hr. Not having such bad experience in flight before.No one should choose this flight if they want peaceful n safe journey.suffered very badly and losing mental peace n money without any reason. Worst flight n staffs.
