Security didn’t allow my purchase from my international duty free knowing that I had bill and boarding pass. They forced me to give the bag to check in which cost me additional. Being an international traveller the situations should be judged case by case if all proofs are available. We need to apply logics rather than blindly following the rules. Very uncooperative behaviour from all the parties and it is not in the best interest of the citizens of India. It creates unnecessary the processing time and stress to passengers.
Rules regarding the international travellers are not helpful
- Hot and humid inside terminal and bridge
- One of my bags is damaged and the product is damaged
