Rupay platinum debit cards at Mumbai airport lounge was not accessible for passengers having their boarding pass at gate no 1-20

The rupay platinum debit cards for free lounge access at mumbai airport is found being benifitted only for travellers with boarding pass at gate no. 21 and 22. The osasis lounge is the only lounge for the travellers having boarding pass for gate no. 1 to 20 but here they wont accept rupay platinum cards. However, the travellers having layover should be allowed back to mumbai airport lounge maintained near to gate no. 22 after security check but indeed the security staff dont even listen to the problems. On top of this, there no public mike announcement of departure, delayed flight and closure of boarding gate. Infact they scream loudly and make announcement such things are not be apprciated. Kindly make arangements wherein rupay platinum cards are made accesible at all airport lounge irrespective of the boarding gates. Hopefully the complaint raised will be considered to react and act.
