My brother was travelling from India to Kuwait through etihad airlines for which he has to depart from Mumbai International Airport Andheri (w) in the process of going he must be mis understood at the gate and was entering through gate no 5 instead of gate no 2 , however the female staff who was present at gate no 5 she not only spoke rudely but also misbehaved and used abusive words towards me and my brother which was completely unacceptable , the incident has happened around 3 to 3:20 am in morning
My request is plzz watch out the cctv and take some action
Because no employee have rights to talk to anybody in this manner
At there work place and as being a traveller we pay to use your property and being a staff over there if u can’t help us if misguide so better keep ur mouth shut and let other help us don’t use your talent of highly abusing words at public place on passengers
