Served food with HAIR STRAND(street food by Punjab grill)

I ordered chole bature n in bature there was hair strand…when I complained to the store one of the employe said “ITTA TO CHALTA HAI YAAR CHOTA SA TO BAAL HAI” which means it’s okay yr it’s a small strand….we are paying extra at the airport for these kind of services….I DNT have pick of strand as they took it….. Please take relevant action as it seems for them it’s a normal day to day thing… attaching photo of bill…because of them people are getting sick..they serve food with hairs
