Service issue of airlines and Airport

Our Hyderabad Mumbai flight dates 25th Nov 2023 6E6229 landed at Mumbai at 11.00 pm, but parking bay was not available for them until 11.30pm we were sitting in the aircraft.
After finally getting down there was some issue with off loading luggage which we eventually started after another half an hour..
