There were no female security officers at security gate 4. There was too much crowd and no officer guarding/ guiding the trays at the conveyor
I missed removing my laptop in the chaos.
I was told to go to security gate 3 since gate 4 was closed by the female officers
After a really long wait( thanks to the extremely slow checking by female officer ARUNA KUMARI) i cleared and went to collect my belongings
I had separated all my belongings but unfortunately not my laptop.
Security office GOVIND KUMAR at gate 4, spoke very rudely . I retaliated stating that it was a genuine mistake given the crowd and he counter attacked me that there’s no queue and if i had done the right thing frm the start , I would have apparently saved my time( he was delusional)
After he sent me back through the security again- i wasted 15 mins more
So i started at 2:18 and left teh security chk at 3 pm which was also my boarding time
Please ask the officers to behave well/politely- and not to traumatize passengers.
I panic during travels , like most people fearing that i will miss the flight & this officer just seemed to have fun with it
