My wife and are senior citizens and were at Mumbai Airport, Terminal-1 on 16 October 2023 on our way to Kozhikode waiting for Indigo Flight no.6E5393. We ordered tea, coffee and snacks from Cafe2.0 near gate no.24 at 3.56 PM. Employee is identified as “Cafe2 Cashier ca” in the Tax Invoice. My wife is a patient and is on medication for allergy. She is very prone to infections. The Vada Pav served to her was highly spoiled with a sticky texture. When I complained, the salesgirl talked very rudely and asked us to talk to the Manager who was not present there. I asked her to call the Manager, but he never came. After repeated failed attempts, I called Airport duty officer on Phone number 9833301581 . He informed me that he will send someone to the Cafe, but unfortunately no one came. The salesgirl did not show the courtesy even to offer an apology.
The reference number on the Tax Invoice is SPTM007P121131259.
It is very unfortunate that even after paying exorbitantly we are served spoiled food at the airport.
