Staff handling the auto rickshaw line at terminal has verbally abused me front other customers while my argument was with another customer.

While waiting for an auto rickshaw from terminal 2 to point B a group of 20 broke the line and started boarding the rickshaw. On raising the same, she said she cannot help and watched the passenger board and leave. While I interved and stopped the passenger, during a verbal spat I called the passenger stupid your staff turns behind and calls me stupid. How dare does someone in uniform at the airport call a fellow passenger stupid. While I tried to get a picture of her she turned her face. This incident has occurred ay 1325 on 11th January.
