Today on 14.05.2023 around 7:00pmAt Mumbai airport gate no 2, opposite to the entrance one female was managing the queue for passing the trolleys. We were entering with a baby and 4 bags in a trolley she closed the entrance for crossing the road and asked her to come by other side
We requested her to allow us to go from same side but she refused and start arguing
While arguing she said to my wife that “itna hai to business class me travel Kia Karo kyu economy me aate ho”
It’s really shameful that instead of being empathetic towards a passenger who is traveling with an infant she argued.
On one side u setup counter for priority check in for passengers traveling with an infant and on other side the staff is assaulting us for travelling in economy class.
