Hi there, so I just flew 2 days back from chatrapati shivaji international Airport. I was catching Malaysia Airline but unfortunately my luggage was little over and I was ready to pay but staff scared me that I have to pay 3000 rs plus 5% tax on that and I was scared as I didn’t expect that much amount I have to pay. They told me I have to take some stuff out from my bag and all that. So I had to buy a bag from Airport as I was flying from Ahmedabad and they told me my luggage was perfectly 30 kgs. And here they said it’s over. After requesting a lot they said okay I have to pay them 9000rs but not on the counter but I have to go somewhere near the toilet and the supervisor will come and collect the money. I was so scared and didn’t want to miss my flight. But this is not professional to scare passengers and getting money from them. Please take some actions on them so they won’t do this kind if stuff in future.
