Suggestion

This is an important suggestion coming straight out of experience and personal observation. Usually the queues for security and immigration are backed up and families travelling with infants, toddlers and kids face one of their worst nightmare or herculean tasks of managing those cranky, tired and and crying kids through the queue. The solution is simple – provide such families priority through security and a seperate queue for immigration with sufficient number of officers. This will provide these families some much needed relief and support before they embark of their challenging flight journeys.
