Suggestion for terminal 1 to terminal 2 proper bus service not available

Dear sir,
I have travel to Coimbatore to Mumbai (terminal 2), mumbai terminal 2 to Ahmedabad ,my Coimbatore flight is 50 minutes delay,terminal 1 to terminal 2 bus service staff not to help me, Bus service staff wait for line (almost 80 person in line) after that my second flight boarding time -12:00, kindly arrange the additional bus service for terminal 2,pls insist the Bus service staff flight time priority wise boarding better for passengers
