This incident happened with one friend of mine Miss Swati D.Rana. She was travelling from Muscat to Mumbai on 03/0//2023. When she landed at Mumbai International Airport T2, lock of One of Bag in CHECKIN BAGGAGE was found to be tampered deliberately. Such incidences are not supposed to be happen at Airport, as it is prime area. This can happen with any traveller, spoiling reputation of country. She was distressed by seeing pathetic treatment of her baggage. I request to kindly look into matter. Thank you
