Terrible immigration experience

My name is Rahul Bhardwaj(Passport no- P9062830) and was travelling today from Abu Dhabi to Bangalore via Mumbai. I had a horrible experience at mumbai immigration where the officer was very rude and personally attacked me on my education level because I mistakenly handed over both the boarding passes while only 1(Abu dhabi to Mumbai) was required. She asked me if was I travelling internationally for the first time and wasn’t educated enough to understand this. I understand that this may be a tiring job but venting out your frustration on a random passenger is totally unacceptable. I would request you to guide your immigration officers on how to address travellers in a civil manner.
