We travellers shouldn’t be taken for granted and haress us. I would recommend one of the authority member to go unofficially from terminal 2 in Mumbai to terminal 1. It is chaotic! It is unbelievable that a terminal transfer couldn’t be managed properly in one of the country’s best airport. Of all the hurdles, we are made to wait in a place with full of foul smell waiting for bus!
