- Text of Complaint by Purvi
The cashier at cafelucious at terminal 1 misbehaved whilst handing over sandwich. Whilst ordering she never asked if i want it take away or eat there. When told I wanted take away she started shouting in rage saying people here eat here not take away and I can’t keep asking every customer if they wanted to eat there or take away the sandwich. And refused to pack the sandwich and instead gave the money back saying she doesn’t want to sell the sandwich to me.
