I am writing to formally report a complaint regarding my damaged baggage, which I received upon arrival at Mumbai Airport while traveling on IndiGo Flight 6E 654 on 9th February 2025 (PNR: W4CESW).
Upon collecting my baggage from the carousel, I noticed significant damage, which was not present before boarding the flight. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue by providing compensation or a suitable resolution.
I have attached photographs of the damaged baggage for your reference. Kindly let me know the process for filing a claim and the next steps for compensation or repair.
