- Text of Complaint by Narendra Narain
I (Narendra Narain) had checked-in 3 baggages (details given in the photo attached) in Indigo flight 6#1453 dated 16 July 2024. The zip of one small baggage was broken by Baggage hadling authories at Mumbai airport and about 7000 Rupees was stolen. I demand a detailed inquiry and the thieves or Culprits should be punished and money recovered for compensation to me. The culprits services must be terminated and hidden camera should be used to identify the Thieves and punished.
