The Transit between terminal 1 to terminal 2 is mismanaged and the passengers has to wait for at least 1-2 hours to just move between terminals. We would like to use our transit time for better purposes of having a meal, resting and do other things rather than stand in a queue just to get a transfer. The buses are not frequent, one trip takes at least 35-40 minutes plus the additional time to stand in the queue to board the bus. Planning if logistics is pathetic and there are at least 15 to 20 staff members just chatting but not prioritizing kids or senior citizens. For precision, I have been waiting for a transfer to T2 and still in the line since 2:10 AM and it is 2:40 AM with still close to 100 other passengers waiting and the buses at least a 15 minutes apart ( Depesh Tiwari is the supervisor of the shift)
