Dear Madam or Sir,
I arrived internationally at BOM at 23:55 February 10. I only had a digital boarding pass for my transfer with Thai Airways to BKK (02:50 on Feb 12). At the transfer desk in your airport they told me that I needed a paper boarding pass.
I waited (me and another 15 passengers) 1.5 hours to receive the paper boarding pass.
In the meantime, none of the transfer desk staff was able to tell us how long it would take. Another 5 minutes…. please wait…. this is what we heard for 1.5 hours.
I have access to the Adnani lounge. However, the transfer desk let me wait 1.5 hours in the hall instead.
Such service is unacceptable.
I hope this will change in the future.
